A family owned and operated business since 1995, Matsu Restaurant was one of
the first sushi bars in the Northwest Houston and Spring area . They are located at 4855 FM 1960 West.(Tel. 281.893.8700) They have the freshest seafood and the highest quality. If you are not in to raw fish, they have excellent noodle and tempura dishes. Texas Monthly Magazine noted their exceptional fish quality and traditional decor accented with real bonsai trees. At Matsu you will see several of their own 40 and 50 year old black pine bonsai trees rotated throughout the year as well as newly created and unique plant species. I have eaten there for lunch, dinner, and happy hour and have enjoyed their specialties like white tuna and mackerel. Enjoy!
